As a core pillar of our DESC working mechanism, our Discipleship Program equips individuals with spiritual growth, leadership skills, and practical tools to become change-makers in their communities in the advancement of the christian faith.
The Heart of Our Discipleship Mission
At Smile Charity Uganda, we believe authentic discipleship is the catalyst for sustainable change. Our comprehensive program goes beyond Bible knowledge to develop Christ-centered character, practical leadership, and community transformation skills – fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) through our DESC framework.

In a world full of distractions and challenges, Smile Charity Uganda's Youth Discipleship Fellowships provide a consistent space for young people to deepen their faith and find godly purpose. Our long-term program walks alongside youth through their formative years, equipping them to be Christ's ambassadors in their schools, homes, and communities.
Recognizing that healthy churches need healthy shepherds, our Pastors' Discipleship Fellowship nourishes spiritual leaders and their spouses through authentic community, biblical teaching, and practical support. What began as 16 pastors meeting fortnightly has grown into a transformative movement for clergy renewal.
