Our Empowering programme provides men and women with the opportunity to take control of their own lives by providing them with the training, tools, and the encouragement they need to become independent and able to provide for themselves and their families.
Our aim is to teach those in need and impoverished how to start earning income to sustain their own lives and loved ones using God given potential and resources by passing on skills for both groups and individual self-help. By this, we help communities to be economically viable.
A number of women have also been empowered with tailoring and knitting skills at Amahoro Life Skills Centre. They also learn additional skills such as craft and jewellery making, computer skills and with these skills are able to start up something to sustain their lives.
